Joyful Noise Acres Farm: Ordering ends at 8:00 tonight.
Please place your orders for this week before 8:00 tonight. Pick up is on Wednesday from12-4 at the farm. Some items are available for drop-off this Tuesday in Cumming at Grace Chapel Church of Christ.
Our favorite herbalist has been busy and has a new batch of Elderberry Syrup ready. Good Shepherd Herbals will be delivering the end of January so place your orders now. This syrup is so beneficial when treating many health concerns but is a great maintenance herb also. With all the colds and flu going around, it is a benefit to keep the immune system boosted.
Thank you to all that participated in the Sourdough bread baking class. It was fun and filling and if there are any questions, please ask.
Our next class is February 7th, Fermented and Cultured Vegetables. Many of you tried the Cultured Cashew Spread (taste explosion), now is the time to learn more about culturing and fermenting vegetables for the numerous health benefits and flavor profiles. This class will be taught by our favorite market Chef, Marty Martinez. Your vegetables will taste good, be good for you and you will learn how to use them on a daily basis.
Therefore, may God give you of the dew of heaven, the fatness of the earth and plenty of grain and wine. Gen 27:28 NKJV
Blessings,
Mary Beth

United States Virgin Islands: VI Locally Grown Market: Week of January 12, 2015
Good afternoon!
We apologize for the late opening of our Market this week! The VI Locally Grown market is now open for orders. Thanks for supporting your local farmers and craft makers!
Don’t miss out on Ridge to Reef farm’s mouthwatering mango fed local organic pork cuts, available for purchase at the market. We have also added Surinam Cherries!
The new location for the market is a beautiful experience within itself. If you haven’t had a chance to see the Lawaetz Museum property at Little La Grange on Mahogany road, the market is a great opportunity to support your local farmers and enjoy the a local heritage site for St. Croix.
We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday.
